After a year, Sidhu to visit his constituency tomorrow

A week after a poster campaign in the city announcing a reward of Rs 2 lakh for bringing back BJP MP Navjot Singh Sidhu to his Lok Sabha constituency, the cricketer-turned-politician will visit Amritsar tomorrow.

Sidhu will visit the city to listen to grievances of the people, his office spokesman said.

The MP, who is understood to be busy with his TV assignments, has not visited the city for almost a year.

Last month, a city-based NGO started a poster campaign saying the MP had been missing and announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh for bringing him back to Amritsar.
