Guv welcomes SSB after it scales Mt Satopanth

Welcoming the 18-member team at Raj Bhavan here, the Governor congratulated them for their feat and said the entire nation was extremely proud of its soldiers, a Raj Bhawan release said.

He wished the team all the best for the Mt Everest expedition which it proposes to undertake next year.

Earlier, team leader Somit Joshi gave a brief account of the expedition which began on May 28 and culminated on June 19.
