The Haryana government today suspended an officer, ordered to register FIRs against two others, besides issuing show-cause notices and initiating departmental action against three other officers of different departments for "dereliction of duty and not taking timely action regarding grievances received on CM Window".
Orders were also issued to the officers of different departments to endeavour to redress the grievances of the people within 15 days and upload the status reports of the complaints on the portal at the earliest, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Rakesh Gupta, who was presiding over a review meeting of the nodal officers of 'CM Window', said here today.
In December 2014, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had launched the 'CM window', a web-based system aimed at achieving speedy redressal of people's grievances.

Gupta, according to an official release, said orders have been issued to suspend the Ayurvedic Medical Officer, Jhajjar, Jai Bhagwan Hooda.
He also ordered to register an FIR against the lab attendant, Higher Education Department, Rakesh Kumar, for allegedly presenting fake birth certificates.
Gupta also ordered to initiate legal and disciplinary action against the Assistant, Higher Education Department, Balwan Singh, the Superintendent and other officers and officials involved in the matter.
He found fault in another officer for the alleged delay in registering an FIR in the matter of embezzlement in the Development and Panchayats Department and ordered to register an FIR in this regard.
Gupta also issued orders to initiate departmental action and issue show-cause notices to the officers of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and Revenue Departments for "negligence in redressal of grievances".
He directed the nodal officer of the Irrigation Department in Kurukshetra to hold a meeting with the SP there and submit a report in this regard.
Gupta also directed that the complaint against an officer would not be forwarded to the same person for examination.
