HP Olympic Association to appoint 30 coaches on contract

In a meeting under the chairmanship of Anurag Thakur, HPOA General secretary, it was also decided to open a 10m shooting range for general public next month.

HP Sports Promotion Board comprising two members of HPOA, two members of Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association and five members of corporate house sponsoring the coaches would look into the working of these coaches and submit their report periodically for their renewal of contract.

It was further decided to celebrate the Olympic Day on June 23 at Kangra in collaboration with Kangra District Olympic Association.
