J'khand CM directs ADGP rank officer to probe girl's death

The death of a Ranchi-based school girl, who died in a hostel three years ago, will be probed by an official of the rank of additional director general of police.

Chief Minister Raghubar Das issued the directions after the parents of the girl approached him at his 'Sidhi baat' (straight talk) programme here today, an official release said here.

The parents claim their teenage daughter was murdered after sexual exploitation and was not a case of suicide.
