Man sentenced to 10 years RI, fined Rs 50,000 in rape case

The additional district and sessions court - I judge Sajal Madilwar passed the order convicting one Bambhola Paswan to 10 years imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on him after finding him guilty of raping the married woman in Magrain village of Rohtas district on June 12, 2007.

The police booked Paswan under relevant provisions of the law on the basis of the statement by the victim. PTI CORR KDK
