A 22-year-old woman has been allegedly kidnapped by some persons here, police said today.
Asif Ali complained the incident occurred yesterday morning around 4 AM when his wife, who he got married two months ago only, went with his sister-in-law to relieve herself, police said.
When they reached near Idgah 2-3 persons came in a car and dragged the victim into it and sped away, police said.
Her family is suspecting Jarjees, Arsad and Pankaj as per the description of accused given by the victim's sister-in-law, they said.
On the basis of the complaint, an FIR has been registered with Sector-55 Police station under relevant sections of the IPC, they said.
The investigating officer ASI Samay Singh said that no clues have yet been received in the matter.
