Mehbooba pays tributes to cop killed by militants in Srinagar

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti paid tributes to a sub-inspector of the state police who was killed by militants today at Zakura in Srinagar.

Imran Tak, was killed after three militants travelling in a car opened fire on a police team at the Zakura crossing on Srinagar-Ganderbal road.

Mufti said that violence was no means to achieve any goals, rather it tears apart the entire social fabric of the society.

The chief minister conveyed her sympathies to the bereaved family.
