Minor girl kidnapped

A minor girl was kidnapped in Jammu district here, police said today. The 17-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped by a labourer Rizwan, resident of Uttar Pradesh, from Bagh-i-Bahu area in Jammu city. A case was registered yesterday following a complaint by the girl's family. Police has launched a man hunt to arrest the abductor and rescue the girl. In another ase, a 23-year-old woman was allegedly abducted by a youth Kuldeep Singh of Samba area from Jajjar Kotli belt in Jammu district yesterday. Efforts are on to arrest the accused, they said.
