Night temp slightly increases in Raj, Sikar coldest at 6 deg C

Slight increase in the night temperature was registered in Rajasthan with Sikar being recorded as the coldest place in the state at 6 degrees Celsius.

Sikar was followed by Sriganganagar at 6.2 degree Celsius.

Churu, Alwar, Pilani, Ajmer and Kota recorded minimum of 6.2, 7.2, 8.5, 9.8 and 10.3 degrees Celisus respectively.

Jaipur, Barmer and Jaisalmer recorded night temperature of 10.9, 11.8 and 13.8 degrees respectively, according to MeT Department here.

North Western railway has rescheduled Jodhpur-Varanasi Express while seven other trains including Allahabad-Jaipur, Howrah-Jodhpur are running late due to dense fog in the northern region, according to an NWR spokesperson.
