The other team in their group is 12th seeds Samantha Cornett and Shawn Delierre from Canada.

In the men's doubles, Ghosal combined with Harinder Pal Sandhu to beat 9-11 11-3 11-2 in Pool 7. The seventh seeds next face 10th seeds Peter Creed and David Evans of Wales later today.
