Paul Bettany to star in 'The Avengers'

Actor Paul Bettany is joining the ranks of Marvel superheroes after he was cast as The Vision in 'The Avengers: Age Of Ultron'.

The 42-year-old actor will step into the spotlight to play the android in the new movie, reported Contactmusic.

Bettany joins fellow superheroes in 'Age of Ultron', which includes Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark (Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Chris Evans as Captain America and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk.

'The Avengers: Age of Ultron', the story about The Avengers battle with the sentient robot Ultron, is slated to release in May, 2015.
