It was a pleasant day in the national capital today with the minimum temperature settling at a notch below average at 11.5 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 28.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, said a Met department official.
The humidity in air hovered between 39 and 91 per cent.

"The skies will be mainly clear. There will be mist and shallow fog in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to settle at 28 degree Celsius and 12 degree Celsius, respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 28.4 degree Celsius, while mercury had dipped to 11.4 degree Celsius.
