The police today attached the property of three wanted Maoists in Jharkhand's Khunti district, a police release said.

The property of Lodro Lohra, a member of Sub-Zonal committee of the CPI(Maoist), 'Area Commander' Vimal Lohra alias Nilesh and 'Area Commander' Mahendra Munda alias Ritesh Munda were attached, the release said.

The three Maoists carry a reward of Rs 2 lakh on their head each, it said, adding that hunt was on to apprehend them.

While 18 naxal-related cases were registered against Lodro, six cases were pending against Nilesh and five against Mahendra Munda.

The property attachment process were carried out in connection with a case registered against them at Arki police station in May 2017 for allegedly allegedly planting an IED in Gitilbeda jungle under Arki Police station limit to target the security personnel.
