Pondy CM lauds Kanimozhi for best woman parliamentarian award
Puducherry Chief Minister and senior Congress leader V Narayanasamy Monday congratulated DMK Rajya Sabha member Kanimozhi for bagging the "Best Woman Parliamentarian" award for 2018.
"Hearty congratulations to Smt Kanimozhi for getting best woman Parliamentarian award. You deserve it. You are always raising the voice of woman empowerment for oppressed people. Hats off," he tweeted.
Kanimozhi was chosen for the award instituted by 'Lokmat' daily.
