The Rajasthan government today signed five agreements with private firms to give a boost to development of basic infrastructure in the sectors of natural gas, solar energy, technical training of youth and air travel services.
On signing of the MoUs, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said that mission-mode approach of her government, since it assumed office last year, has started delivering good as more and more investors are joining the state government efforts.
"We have already created a favourable atmosphere and the results are here for everybody to see. Renowned multinationals like Saint Gobain, Honda, JCB etc are investing in Rajasthan," she said.

Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) signed the MoU with RSPCL-Gail Gas Ltd for creating infrastructural development in natural gas sector.
In the field of civil aviation sector, to connect the places of religious tourism, the state government inked an agreement with OIS Aerospace Pvt Ltd.
Similarly, the two MoUs were signed in solar energy sector with Sun Edison India and Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services for establishing solar parks with power generation capacity of 5,000 megawatts each, while another agreement was done with automobile giant Toyota for providing technical training to the youth, a release said.
