Some unidentified militants today gunned down the Principal of a private school in Pakistan's restive Balochistan province.
Police said the armed men opened fire at the vehicle of Zahid Ali, Principal of a private school, in Gwadar district. Ali died on the spot and the assailants fled on their motorcycles after the attack.
Ali's body was later taken to a nearby Hospital for autopsy as panic prevailed in the city in the aftermath of the attack.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack and the motive behind the murder was being investigated by the police.

Two days ago, militants had targeted a vehicle of Adviser to Chief Minister Balochistan on Education, Sardar Raza Mohammad Bareech who remained unhurt in the attack.
