Six get life imprisonment in murder case

Additional District and Session Judge Sunil Kumar awarded life imprisonment to Prakash, Munish, Dharampal, Saravjit, Kiran and Sanju for killing Satyaram over an election rivalry, prosecution sources said.

Victim's brother had lodged an FIR against 9 persons accusing them of killing his brother in June 2000 over an election rivalry in Barra village here.

While two other accused Srikrishan and Hakim Singh died during the trial, the case of ninth accused Naresh is being heard separately, sources said.
