A 55-year-old soldier died of heart attack in Uttar Pradesh's Karagaar area here, police said today.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Mahendra Yadav said that Prem Narayan fell ill last night following which his friends took him to the village hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The cause of the death is stated to be heart attack, according to the doctors.
The police have sent the body for post mortem, Yadav said.
