Speeding tempo mows down seven-year-old

Sachin died on the spot, while his father suffered a broken leg and his mother sustained minor injuries when their cycle was hit by the tempo last night, police said.

The tempo driver was caught by the locals and handed over to the police, they said.

A case has been registered against the driver, police said.
