Statement of cop recorded in Aarushi murder case

The constable Pawan Kumar told the court that when he reached the Talwar's house, he saw the body of Aarushi with cut marks on her neck.

Kumar said that the victim's parents were also present in the room with tensed faces.

The CBI special judge S Lal fixed February 28 as the next date of hearing in the case.

Teenager Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj were murdered in 2008 and her parents, dentists Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, are being tried for the killings.
