It was another sultry morning in Delhi with the minimum temperature settling at 25.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal.
"The humidity level recorded at 8.30 AM was 78 per cent. The minimum temperature settled at 25.4 degrees Celsius," a MeT official said.
The weatherman has predicted rainfall in some areas during the day.
"Rains and thundershowers may occur in some areas afternoon onwards," the official added.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to settle at 35 and 26 degrees Celsius respectively.
Yesterday, the city's maximum had settled at 33.9 degrees Celsius and minimum was recorded at 25 degrees Celsius.
