In Punjab, and recorded maximum temperatures of 34 degrees Celsius and 34.6 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Amritsar's maximum settled at 33 degrees Celsius.

Rains or thundershowers are likely at scattered places in and over the next two days, according to the MeT forecast.
