'The Hamilton Mixtape' tops Billboard 200 albums chart

The "Hamilton Mixtape" debuts at number one position on the Billboard 200 albums chart with 187,000 of its units sold.

The star-studded compilation album, which was inspired by the runaway hit stage show "Hamilton: An American Musical", features musicians and singers like Kelly Clarkson, Alicia Keys, Sia, John Legend, Wiz Khalifa, reported Billboard.

At number two spot is The Weeknd's "Starboy" with 151,000 units, while Pentatonix's "A Pentatonix Christmas" slipped to number three with 128,000 units.

The Rolling Stones has its new album "Blue & Lonesome" landed at number four with 123,000 units.

Childish Gambino aka Donald Glover notched his highest charting album ever with "Awaken, My Love!", which debuts at number five with 101,000 units.
 

Bruno Mars' "24K Magic" plunged to number six with 58,000 units, while the "Moana" soundtrack and Pentatonix's "That's Christmas to Me" descended to number seven and number eight respectively.
