Travolta's former pilot to pen tell-all about relationship

Travolta's former pilot Doug Gotterba claimed last week that they had a six-year affair in the 80s. Now, the 60-year-old has lined up two writers for his book, the National Enquirer reported.

Gotterba had told Travolta's former secretary Joan Edwards about the secret affair. She confirmed that Gotterba began working for the 'Pulp Fiction' star in 1981.

"He told me that John was gay and they had a sexual relationship," said Edwards.

The actor allegedly had a long-term relationship with Gotterba in the 80s before marrying Kelly Preston in 1991.

The scandal started when Travolta was hit with two lawsuits from masseurs claiming the actor made sexual advances towards them during massages but one claim was later withdrawn.

 

A number of people have come forward with similar claims since then.
