Two senior police officers transferred in UP

In a minor reshuffle, Uttar Pradesh government today transferred Additional Director General (ADG), Law and Order, Mukul Goel to Economic Offence Wing in the same capacity, an official said here.

Goel has been sent to Economic Offence Wing (EOW) while ADG, EOW, Daljeet Singh Chowdhury has been made new ADG, Law and order of the state, they said.

Government has termed it as a routine transfer.
