Actress Viola Davis made an emotional acceptance speech at the 2015 Screen Actors Guild Awards and shared an anecdote about her four-year-old daughter.
Davis, 49, was honoured with the award for outstanding performance by a female actor in a drama series for her role in 'How To Get Away With Murder'.
Davis plays daring defense attorney and law professor Annalise Keating on the ABC drama.

"When I tell my daughter stories at night, inevitably a few things happen. Number one, I use my imagination. I always start with life and then I build from there. And the other thing that happens is she always says, 'Mommy, can you put me in the story?'" she said.
Davis then thanked the show's creator, Pete Nowalk, and fellow executive producers Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers and Bill D'Elia.
