A 24-year-old housewife was found hanging in her house in Malwani of suburban Malad today, the police said.
Lata Ghughe was found hanging from the ceiling by her neighbours in morning who alerted the police, a senior police official said, adding that no suicide note was found at the spot.
Police have sent the body for postmortem.
A source in police said that Ghuge has been depressed over not bearing child since her marriage four years back.
A case of accidental death has been registered and the investigation is on.
