A married woman was burnt under mysterious circumstances at her residence here and later succumbed to injuries in GTB hospital in East Delhi, police said today.
Manju, a resident of Jawli village of Loni town, succumbed to her burns on Tuesday after she was severely burnt at home on 6th November under suspicious circumstances, Loni Police Inspector Gorakh Nath Yadav said.
She was immediately rushed to nearby GTB hospital for treatment, they said.

The father of the victim, Shankar Lal, in his complaint has alleged that her daughter was burnt by her in-laws over dowry.
An FIR was registered at Loni Police Station here under sections 498A IPC against her husband Omvir, brother-in-law Jaiveer, sister-in-law Renuka and father-in-law.
The accused will soon be arrested and the matter is under investigation, police said.
