Youth arrested in jail firing case dies

Rupesh Shinde (24), arrested in connection with an incident of firing at Taloja jail near here, died at Thane civil hospital last evening, police said.

Shinde had been arrested one and half years ago and lodged in the Thane central jail. He had been diagnosed with TB.
