Casual Labour

Discrimination on the basis of sex, age, temporariness etc is unreasonable and amounts to unfair labour practice. Because temporary employees can be terminated any time, more work is extracted from them for less salary.
Hence, irrespective of court judgements for or against the matter, governments and PSUs should be model employers and should end this discrimination.
