Shapre Global Services Ltd, Chennai-based software service providers and producers, has entered in a joint venture agreement with Daywalker Studios of Germany. The new joint venture company will set up infrastructure and develop technical skills to carry out various projects involving two-dimension and three-dimension animation, web-based virtual reality games and other information technology requirements of Daywalker.
