Sleuths Want Plying Of Samjhauta Exp Stopped

Various Intelligence agencies, deployed in this border area, the persuading the authorities in Delhi to close the bi-weekly Samjhauta Express between Lahore and Attari. Of late this has become one of major source for Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence to push fake Indian currency, spies and even arms.
For the last two months detection of fake Indian currency notes, arrest of a Pakistan currency notes, arrest of a Pakistan spy and recovery of three pistols from a passenger coming from Pakistan indicates that the ISI has stepped up its use of this land border.
They argue that this would also help in detecting those Pakistani nationals who had over stayed and have just disappeared after reaching here with valid documents, many of whom could be working as ISI agents. The estimated number of these Pakistani nationals could be around 50,000 and they are mostly active in the northern States.
