Train Accident Inquiry

A statutory inquiry has blamed the railway staff for the collision of a passenger train and the Kashi Vishwanath express on the Moradabad division on January 5, which left 51 dead and 41 injured. The findings of the commissioner were under the governments consideration, the railway ministry said here.
