Vatsa Corp Objects To Bse Move

Vatsa Corporation Ltd has strongly objected the decision of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to suspend deals in the companys securities.

BSE president M G Damani said that the exchange initiated action against the group following lack of response from the company in resolving investors complaints.

The total number of complaints against Vatsa Corporation at the Bombay Stock Exchange were 631 when the exchange served show cause notice to the company.

The number of complaints against the company subsequently increased to as much as 751 till June 6, according to the BSE president.
