'Indians more open to social media for customer services'

Indians are far ahead of their global counterparts in the use of social media to get customer service response. According to a recent survey by the American Express, 54 per cent of Indian consumers, who participated in the survey, said they used social media at least once in the past year to get customer service response, more than twice the global average of 20 per cent.
