Gradatim in JV with Singapore firm

Gradatim IT Ventures, which specialises in micro-transactions and legal-discovery services in India, has announced a 50:50 joint venture partnership with Singapore-based DM Corporation (DMC), a data gathering services company, to form Gradatim "" DMC in Singapore.
 
C V Prakash, founder-CEO, Gradatim, said, "our buy-out and investment plans are part of our expansion plans. The JV finalised with DMC will enable us move forward for a profitable growth. We can now offer complete e-discovery services, both hard copy and electronic, to global clients across Asia, including support for local Asian languages."
 
Speaking on the JV, Kay Gee Ong, MD, DM Corp, Singapore, said, "The JV would complement our hardcopy discovery services with Gradatim's electronic data gathering skills and together expand globally. DMC will continue to service the legal community in APAC under Gradatim-DMC business."
