Board Jai Corp approves share buyback up to Rs 117.77 cr

The Board Jai Corp at its meeting held on 29 August 2024 has approved the buyback of up to 29,44,415 equity shares of the company at a price of Rs 400 per share payable in cash for an aggregate amount of Rs 117.77 crore.
