Then there are others which have good stories that ought to be told. But because they are slightly risky, not everybody is willing to take that up. Han Solo's sci-fi blaster from the 'Return of the Jedi' has been sold for USD 550,000 at a Las Vegas auction on Saturday.The blaster was part of a collection from the U.S. art director on the film, James L. Madonna's love letter to model up for auction at USD 15,000

Music icon Madonna's love letter to the model she famously kissed in her 1990 "Justify My Love" video is going under the gavel. The 59-year-old singer's handwritten note, which she sent to Amanda Cazalet in 1991 after working on the video, has a starting bid of USD 15,000, according to TMZ.com. As per the website, Madonna begins the letter with a joke about not being able to get in touch with Cazalet, saying it is like "trying to seduce the Pope". The LGBTQ champion further calls the model the most beautiful woman in the world and admitted to fantasising about kissing her again. She adds, "I cannot explain my attraction -- nevertheless it's there." According to the online auction house, GottaHaveRockandRoll.com, Cazalet claims the letter is one of several correspondences between her and Madonna during the years following the music video. The auction begins July 11 and closes on July 20.
