Beyonce, Drake's former producer accused of raping two women

Music producer Detail, who has worked with singer Beyonce Knowles and rapper Drake, has been accused of raping and abusing two budding artists.The two women claim Detail repeatedly raped them in front of other people and once assaulted them both for six hours straight, reports TMZ.Details about the incident came out after the women filed a restraining order against the producer, which was granted on Tuesday.One of the women is a singer named Kristina Buch. She claims Detail raped her back in February after a recording session in Miami.Kristina claims he got violent last week while they were at the Malibu Beach Inn. In the documents, she says he forcibly grabbed her by the hair, hit and choked her.The second artist, named Peyton Ackley, accuses Detail of essentially making her and Kristina his sex slaves.Both women requested restraining orders, which has now been granted to them. Detail must now stay 100 yards from both of them, as well as Kristina's sister.

HC stays publication and sale of book on Ramdev's life

In a relief to yoga guru Ramdev, the Delhi High Court today issued an interim order restoring the ban on publication and sale of a book purportedly on his life, which he claimed contained defamatory content. The court stayed an order of the additional senior civil judge (ASCJ) which had removed the ban on the publication and sale of the book. "I am going to restore the order of the trial judge. You (author and publisher of book) file your reply," Justice R K Gauba orally said referring to the initial order passed by additional civil judge (ACJ) banning the book. The high court made it clear that it would pass a detailed order in the matter later. The court granted the interim relief to Ramdev while hearing his plea challenging the order of the ASCJ which had lifted the ban on publication and selling of book titled 'Godman To Tycoon', allegedly based on the life of the yoga guru.
