Wood coating products manufacturer Sirca Paints India has reported a 39.2 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 14.20 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, supported by growth in margin and sales. It had reported a net profit of Rs 10.21 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing by Sirca Paints India on Saturday. Sirca Paints' revenue from operations surged 45.26 per cent to Rs 114.24 in the June quarter of FY26. It was Rs 78.64 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. The total expenses of Sirca Paints jumped 44 per cent to Rs 95.26 crore in the June quarter. In the quarter, Sirca Paints' EBITDA margin improved to 19.74 per cent from 17.89 per cent in the year-ago period. Sirca Paints' total income, which includes other income, climbed 43 per cent in Q1 FY26 to Rs 114.44 crore. Capri Global Capital Ltd on Saturday reported more than two-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 175 crore for the quarter ended June 2025, aided by higher margins and operating efficiencies. The non-banking financial company had reported a profit after tax of Rs 76 crore in the year-ago period. Total income of the company rose by over 41 per cent to Rs 582 crore in the June quarter compared to Rs 410 crore in the year-ago period, a statement said. The non-banking financial company's consolidated assets under management (AUM) surged by 42 per cent year-on-year to Rs 24,754 crore in the first quarter of FY26, driven by robust growth in its retail loan portfolio, the company said. Electrification and automation major ABB India on Saturday posted a 20 per cent fall in net profit to Rs 352 crore during the June quarter compared to the year-ago period, primarily due to the impact of forex volatility and higher expenses. JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has reported over twofold increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 149.88 crore for the June quarter of 2025-26 financial year. The company, which completed the merger of subsidiary Udaipur Cement Works, had posted a profit of Rs 56.68 crore in the April-June period a year ago, according to a regulatory filing from JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd (JKLC), a flagship company of JK Organisation. The city-headquartered firm had registered a net profit of Rs 942.23 crore during the corresponding quarter of the last financial year, they added. Stainless-steel manufacturer Mangalam Worldwide Ltd on Saturday reported a over 68 per cent jump in its profit after tax to Rs 10.13 crore for the April-June quarter of 2025-26 compared to the year-ago period. Total income of the company rose by more than 21 per cent to Rs 279.41 crore in the first quarter of FY2025-26 against Rs 230.21 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement. "The company has showcased robust growth powered by improved efficiencies and rising demand for stainless steel across key markets, Mangalam Worldwide Ltd Chairman Vipin Prakash Mangal said. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 53.04 per cent to Rs 19.72 crore in the June quarter compared to Rs 12.88 crore in the first quarter of FY25, Mangal said, adding that EBITDA margins were upwards of 7.1 per cent.
