Defending champions Chennai Super Kings Friday entered their eighth IPL final and skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni credited the clinical effort of his bowing unit for setting up the platform for the comfortable win over Delhi Capitals in the Qualifier 2 here. Trainers also to be penalised if wrestler found positive in dope test: WFI

Amid several incidents of doping coming to light, the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) on Friday decided to take the matter into serious consideration. The Federation has decided that if results of dope tests of any wrestler during national camps and international championships are found to be positive, then not only the athlete but also all the trainers at the camp will be barred and penalised.WFI also stated that in the past years, three to four Indian wrestlers have been found positive during dope tests which has affected India's reputation. BCCI not to take action, Llong to officiate in IPL final

British umpire Nigel Llong is set to officiate in the IPL final as the BCCI decided against taking any action for his angry outburst during the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad earlier this week. It is learnt that the Committee of Administrators (CoA), in consultation with the IPL Operations team, has allowed Llong to officiate despite an official complaint lodged by the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA). Two Kenyan sprinters have been dropped from the team for the IAAF World Relays championship in Japan this week, after blood tests showed high levels of testosterone, Athletics Kenya said Friday. The decision to leave Kenya's 100m and 200m champion Maximilla Imali and 400m runner Evangeline Makena off the team comes after South Africa's Caster Semenya lost a court challenge against plans to force some women to regulate their testosterone levels.
