Patna (Bihar), Feb 03 (ANI): Bihar Board's Intermediate level exam started from February 03. Students reached to exam centers in Patna to give their exams. Parents also accompanied their children to boost up their morale. High security arrangements were made at the exam centers. Police forces were also deployed outside the exam centers. Examination Controller of JD Women's College, Dr Ashok Kumar Yadav said, "We have arranged proper drinking water facility for students and decorated the exam centers as per convenience of the students. We have assigned people to guide students to their way to examination rooms. Our aim is to conduct exams peacefully." Intermediate level exams or 12th class exams will end on Feb 13, 2020.
New Delhi, Feb 03 (ANI): Ahead of Delhi Assembly elections, Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik said that they are monitoring instigating speeches during the election rallies; they had also deployed more than 40,000 staff and 19,000 home guards for security arrangements. "I would like to assure that Delhi Police made detailed arrangement. More than 40,000 staff will be deployed from Delhi Police itself and 19,000 home guards have been deployed. Few months back, we've handled Lok Sabha polls very professionally," said Police Commissioner. "The instigating speeches are being monitored and in some cases, the Election Commission has also taken cognizance. The vulnerable locations will be covered and no obstacle will be entertained during elections," CP Amulya Patnaik further added.

New Delhi, Feb 03 (ANI): The Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik along with police officials inspected the CBD Ground in Karkardooma, Shahdara where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public rally today (February 03). "All our senior officers are on alert. Our police are present in sensitive locations too. Everyday around 300 rallies take place which are closely monitored by local police, traffic police and security units. Arrangements are in order," said CP Amulya Patnaik. Patnaik.

Commissioner of Delhi Police Amulya Patnaik said, "We are appealing to protestors at Shaheen Bagh as they are mostly women and children; we thought it's better to approach them in a persuasive manner. We are hopeful that gradually they will realize that people are facing inconvenience and they will listen to Delhi Police and clear it". "Since it has been persisting for a long time, we had put barricades and proper arrangements there," added CP Amulya Patnaik. Commissioner of Delhi Police also reacted over firing incident in Shaheen Bagh area. He said, "Due to police deployment the persons who came there with arms didn't have the courage to do something more. One-two incidents did take place but they are isolated incidents. We have made elaborate arrangements at Shaheen Bagh as well as other protest sites."

The 'Cartist' initiative gives artistic touches to worn out cars that will be showcased at Auto Expo 2020. Theme of 'Cartist' is zero waste, sustainable, recycle and reuse. While dismantling cars could arguably be environment-friendly, but turning scrapped cars into artwork will leave almost no carbon footprint, according to a member. Scrapped cars have been transformed into furniture, decorative and artifacts.

New Delhi, Feb 03 (ANI): To aware voters of their electoral rights, Delhi Chief Electoral Office (CEO) organised SVEEP (Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation program) at Ramlila ground on Feb 02. Kites were flown to attract visitors at the event. The enthusiasts were provided with different shapes of kites with messages such as 'Delhi Ka voter, Delhi Ka Dabang, 'vote on 8.02.2020'. The kite flying event was closely followed by live painting. Polling in Delhi will be held on February 8 and the counting of votes will take place on February 11.

New Delhi, Feb 02 (ANI): Delhi High Court on February 02 reserved order on Centre and Tihar jail's plea challenging the trial court's order which had stayed the execution of the convicts in the 2012 Delhi gang-rape case. Nirbhaya's Mother, Asha Devi said, "I hope that this verdict will take us towards Justice." On the other side, Convict's lawyer AP Singh shared his concern, and said India will not tolerate killing of five people against one.
Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Feb 02 (ANI): A tricolour march was taken out in Tamil Nadu's Coimbatore on February 02, against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Register of Citizens (NRC), and National Population Register (NPR). Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), Congress, Thanthai Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam (TPDK) and Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) took part in the march. Several Muslim organisations also joined the march.
New Delhi, Feb 02 (ANI): Around 300 Indians, who arrived in an Air India special flight from Wuhan in China at Delhi Airport on February morning, have been taken to Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) camp for medical observation. They have been shifted to the paramilitary force's Chhawla camp in New Delhi. Both ITBP and Army have created n-coronavirus quarantine facilities for the passengers coming from Chinese city of Wuhan. The coronavirus outbreak has killed more than 250 people and infected over 9,000 in China. On the other side, two people from Kerala have tested positive for the virus in India.
Manesar (Haryana), Feb 02 (ANI): Indian students, who are among other nationals, who were evacuated from China's Wuhan amid the spread of deadly coronovirus, were seen dancing at a quarantine facility of Indian Army in Haryana's Manesar where they have been lodged for medical supervision. The evacuated nationals danced with their masks on at the isolation camp. The Novel Coronovirus has claimed over 250 deaths in China where the deadly disease recently originated. India also reported its first two confirmed cases of coronovirus both of which came from Kerala. The first death outside China was reported on February 02 in The Philippines.

Congress promised to go to Supreme Court as the Government of Delhi, against the Citizenship Amendment Act, if it comes to power. Congress has also announced it will not implement National Register of Citizens (NRC), as well as National Population Register (NPR) in its current form in the national capital. The party has also promised to get a strong Lokpal in first six months. It also proposes to spend 25 percent of Delhi Budget on fighting pollution.

Novel Coronavirus has claimed over 250 deaths in China alone, and several people are affected by it. First death from Novel Coronavirus has been reported outside China. The Philippines confirmed that a man, who tested positive for the new coronavirus, died. Bodhgaya is one of the most important and sacred Buddhist pilgrimage center in the world. India also reported two confirmed cases of coronovirus both of which have come from Kerala.
