Delhi government announced the closure of the school in Delhi on November 14-15, the NGO organised a race for the little ones in the toxic air quality. The air these days is so toxic that the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) advised people to avoid outdoor exposure and work from home. 'Everyone should avoid all outdoor exertion,' warns US-EPA.
