London (United Kingdom), Jul 13 (ANI): Pakistan's former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam will be arrested at Abu Dhabi airport in United Arab Emirates (UAE) today. Nawaz and his daughter, who are convicted in Avenfield reference case, will stay at the Abu Dhabi airport for seven hours. All arrangements have been made to arrest the three-time Prime Minister and his daughter by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team.

New Delhi, Jul 12 (ANI): The United States President Donald Trump on Wednesday pushed allies at the NATO summit to enhance their military spending from two to four percent of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), a goal that not even Washington currently meets. The US president also demanded that the NATO members must pay two percent of GDP immediately and not by 2025. "What good is NATO if Germany is paying Russia billions of dollars for gas and energy? Why are there only 5 out of 29 countries that have met their commitment? The U.S. is paying for Europe's protection, then loses billions on Trade. The flood has proved to be one of the most catastrophic disasters in the country since earthquake and tsunami at Fukushima in 2011. Peshawar (Pakistan), Jul 11 (ANI): A suicide blast claimed at least 14 lives, including Awami National Party (ANP) candidate Haroon Bilour, and wounded scores of others after a suicide bomber blew himself up before a political rally. The explosion occurred in Yakatoot neighbourhood moments after Bilour arrived at the venue. The late ANP candidate was set to contest the July 25 elections from Peshawar's PK-78 constituency. In a tweet, Awami National Party condemned the attack, "We are deeply sad to announce that ANP's Provincial Information Secretary and party's candidate for PK-78, Haroon Bashir Bilour is no more with us. He was targeted in a suicide attack a while ago in Peshawar." Gulab Singh, who is inspector with Pakistan Punjab police said that few policemen entered his house and forcefully threw him and his family out of their house and later locked it from outside. A video went viral in which it could be easily seen that the Sikh is requesting the officials to let him stay in his house as he was living in it since 1947. Osaka (Japan), Jul 10 (ANI): Nearly 103 people have died so far as Japan faces a long recovery process after floods and landslides. The torrential rains in parts of Japan killed at least 90 people in the southwest, while 13 others have since died from cardiac arrests, raising the total death toll to 103, according to Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga, reported CNN. Reportedly, thousands of houses have been damaged, and even the ones that stand intact have been impacted. Nearly 17,000 households are still without power, and phone lines are down across multiple prefectures.

The team of divers resumed the mission today to rescue the remaining boys and their soccer coach. A team of 12 Thai footballers and their coach became stranded when they went exploring in the Tham Luang cave after a practice game. Monsoon flooding blocked off their escape and prevented rescuers from finding them for more than a week. The rescued boys were taken to a hospital for further treatment. The rescue team replenished the supply of oxygen tanks along the route so that the stranded people won't suffocate. They have also sent food and medical help into the caves for the stranded boys.
New Delhi, Jul 09 (ANI): Terrorists from Somalia's al Shabaab group stormed a government building by twin bombings. At least 17 people got injured who were nearby in central Mogadishu. There was a heavy exchange of gunfire outside the building. The gun fire was started by the terrorist group to which police retaliated. Smoke drifted from burning vehicles following a suicide car bombing close to the presidential palace and a second blast near the security building. Police official Major Mohamed Hussein said the second explosion took place when a vehicle carrying Al Shabaab fighters to storm the building after the first explosion was detonated remotely.
