B K Birla Infotech Company Ropes In Cisco As Tech Ally

Manjushree Infotech, a B K Birla group company, has tied up with Cisco, a leader in networking.

The Manjushree Infotech IP-CC, based on the Cisco platform, will provide real-time online customer support services for hospitals and insurance companies in the US and support remote business processing activities as well for various US-based companies.

Explaining the rationale behind taking Cisco the solution, Sam Swaminathan, chief executive officer (CEO), Manjushree Infotech, said, Cisco is the only technology partner which would provide end-to-end solutions and services bundled with consultancy.
