Bharat Forge net up 9%

Bharat Forge, the flagship company of Kalyani Group, today reported that net profit has gone up by 9 per cent to Rs 67.75 crore in the quarter ended September 2007, as compared to Rs 62.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company's total income has increased 20.15 per cent to Rs 588.48 crore in the quarter ended September 2007, as against Rs 469.89 crore in the same period last year.
