Greatship Subsea Solutions Singapore Pte, the step-down subsidiary of Great Eastern Shipping Company, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Greatship Subsea Solutions Australia Pty, Australia.
Greatship Subsea Solutions Singapore Pte is a step-down subsidiary of Greatship (India) Ltd, a subsidiary of Great Eastern Shipping
On the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company's stocks traded at Rs 305.80, up 0.10 per cent at 10:55 am.
