Hughes Escorts To Set Up Vsat Network

Hughes Escorts Communication Ltd (HECL), a joint venture between Hughes Network Services and Escorts, is setting up a network of very small aperture terminal (VSAT) retail outlets across the country in a franchisee model.

The company is expected to make an investment of around Rs 10 crore in the initiative.

HECL will set up a separate line of business called Hughes Direcway Fusion which will set up retail space to deliver a basket of electronic services.
