JSW Steel net up 85%

JSW Steel reported a 85.4 per cent increase in net profit for quarter ending June 30. The company's net profit stood at Rs 200.36 crore against Rs 108.07 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2004.

The company's total income also increased by 19 per cent to Rs 1287.58 crore against Rs 1541.27 crore in same period last year.
